ADAM DUB
With more than two decades of experience across leading media and entertainment companies including Motorsport Network, The Week (acquired by Future), Hearst (Esquire, Popular Mechanics), HBO, and William Morris Endeavor, I bring deep industry expertise, extensive brand and agency relationships, and a track record of delivering results as a collaborative and entrepreneurial leader.
Drawing on experience transforming legacy media businesses and advising innovative startups, I partner with early- to growth-stage companies across sports, media, technology, and entertainment to accelerate revenue, build strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable growth. My work focuses on helping companies scale through a data-informed, marketing-driven approach grounded in transparency, rigor, active listening, and adaptability.
I’ve held senior sales and marketing leadership roles spanning publishing, media, and entertainment, where I drove new business development, launched experiential programs and brand collaborations, and introduced new technologies connecting digital and live media experiences.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my family and exploring new destinations near and far. Tennis is a longtime passion, whether playing or following the sport as a fan. I also enjoy staying active through fitness and outdoor activities, beach time, attending concerts and live events, and exploring the iconic pizzerias of the New Haven area and surrounding regions while living in Connecticut, often called the pizza capital of the United States. On fall Saturdays, you’ll usually find me tuned into Penn State football.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Labor & Industrial Relations from Penn State University and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Fordham University.
